Meet The Team

Founder & CEO
Anjanette Gomez, MSW
Anjanette is a devoted mother and wife first and foremost. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and has spent the past four years working in children’s mental health with the State of Nevada. Before transitioning into mental health, Anjanette taught preschool with the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) for over 15 years, where she nurtured young minds and laid the foundation for lifelong learning.
Her passion for helping youth reach their highest potential is the driving force behind her work. M.O.T.I.V.A.T.E. was inspired by her own children’s emotional challenges on the field, sparking a mission to support emotional resilience in young athletes. Through this initiative, Anjanette empowers children and families with tools to build confidence, manage emotions, and thrive both in sports and in life.
